The executives of ALLTERRA GROUP took part in the plenary session of the Investment Forum in Sochi, chaired by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev.
The central theme of the Forum — “National Projects: From Strategy to Action” — formed the basis of the Prime Minister’s speech. Dmitry Medvedev stated: “National projects are a single matrix in which we have tried to fit the life of the whole country. Let’s face it, nothing more complex, ambitious, and large-scale has ever been done in the history of modern Russia. Everything we need to do to improve people’s lives, to ensure the strategic growth and development of the country over the next six years, is summarized in the indicators of the national projects.”
In addition to the traditional themes of regional development, the Forum’s program covered new areas: social entrepreneurship, innovation in charity, increasing healthy life expectancy, and practices of socio-economic development.
On the final day of the Forum, the Prime Minister announced the signing of a Government decree on the creation of 14 Advanced Socio-Economic Development Zones (ASEDZ): 11 in single-industry towns and 3 in closed administrative-territorial entities (ZATOs). “This is especially important now that we are starting work on the national projects,” the head of government emphasized.
